I'm so glad your testimony is over and I hope you don't have to go back on the stand again. I'll be praying for you and for a speedy trial. He will get what's coming to him...and hopefully his atty will to. How can she live with herself making up a defense like that? Even if a patient made advances to a nurse the nurse is sworn to do what is in the best interest of the patient so that shouldn't fly even in a case where it was true. Crazy!
