I wouldn't refund all of the money, at least not at first. You need to determine the condition of the dog once it is returned. You'll need to have it vet checked again, consider what you will be out for time and costs in doing all this and rehoming, etc etc. Alot would just depend on the specifics of the situation really. Was any kind of agreement for this type situation discussed between the two of you when she bought the pup?
