the hang tag on the outside is pretty siff, but the one on the inside is somewhat puffy in the middle of the tag. The leather on the purse where the C's are is pretty soft.
I was kinda upset cause I did find quite a few pen marks and a couple small stains. I did got get the magic eraser and it did NOT take the pen marks off. But it really did wonders for the bottom of the purse corners.
I wish I would have waited, I was looking on craigslist and saw the exact same purse brand new with tags for $85 so now I'm kicking myself in the A$$
I made a impulse buy cause I wanted so much for her to have this purse, it's small and petite just like her and I know she will just be tickled pink. If I can get the pen marks off, I will have it looking real nice!
