All good questions/concerns Misty, but let me put it to you this way...if we cancel TODAY even, I owe the hotel 50% of all estimated revenue

THERE IS NO CHANCE THE MEET-UP WILL BE CANCELLED! And the amount owed goes up from here, depending on how far out we are from the arrival date. Given that I don't have that kind of money, we ARE NOT cancelling! I don't care if we just have a small group...we'll make the most of it and have a GREAT time
