Roxie has the same exact hoodie in a size small, it is a little baggie on her but I like the length. Roxie is really long ~ 11" to be exact and weighs 3 1/2 lbs. She has an XS Juicy Terry hoodie from when she was a puppy and it still fits but is way too short IMO. So now I buy smalls for her in Juicy. I think you ordered the perfect size for Vickie!!
