2 years ago when I registered my pom, I had a horrible experience with one of their customer service rep. Since they got some info wrong in the certificate, I asked for another one to correct the errors. I was confused because I ended up with three certificates. I just wanted to clear things up and figure out which one is valid. I forgot the certificate number or the registry number and the guy who answered the phone laughed at me and sarcastically said that it was foolish of me to call.

I WAS MORTIFIED and I started yelling at him. I hated myself for doing that because I'm a CSR myself and hate people yelling at me.... His behaviour was highly uncalled for and even my supervisor who heard me yell, got furious and told me to report him to his manager. He hung up on me

I called back and the lady who assisted me this time knew who I was talking about. He was reported to the supervisor and I got an email from her apologizing in his behalf.
