We started Koda out (when we got him at 9 weeks) sleeping in his crate at night with a blanket covering most of it. I really think it helped set his inner clock on the right schedule. We started leaving him out all night around 4 mos and he has been fine ever since. He now sleeps with me and doesn't get up until I do. He is actually harder to get up int he morning than my skin kids
