 Puppy on an airplane
I purchased my puppy from a breeder in another state and I was going to drive 7 hours to pick him up but I just wont be able to. I'm having him flown to me on Dec 20th and I am very nervous about it and absolutely hate to do this to him. He will be about 9 weeks old and I know his stress levels will be raised due to the flight, new environment etc.
How can I help him adjust to his new environment and lower his stress levels?
Is there anything I can do as soon as I get him?
I told the breeder to include a blanket or something with the sent from their home so that he can be a bit more relaxed or have something to comfort him.
What else can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
