I can prepare you for the good and the bad! This is a one of a kind place to live!

Our summers can vary (depending upon which part of the state you are in)

Anchorage/Mat-Su Borough Area you are looking at between 55 & 80 degree weather in the summer

Move to Fairbanks and you reach 90+ degree weather in the summer

On the swing side of that Anchorage/Mat-Su weather is MUCH milder than Fairbanks. We(Wasilla) do get -10 in the winter but Fairbanks... ah Fairbanks sees -30 or less.
