When I had Teddy at the E-vet the other night he asked me if anyone has ever told me that he as luxating patellas
I responded no, because my vet has never mentioned this, but he went on to explain to me what the condition was and that it would eventually require surgery to correct.
I know that someone on YT must have had this experience before and I was just hoping for some info on the disorder, like what is the approximate cost of the surgery? How old should they be when its done? Should I wait until he shows symptoms, or just do it?
I haven't been to the regular vet to discuss it yet, it just seemed strange that the E-vet brought all of this up after five minutes with him (when the reason I brought him in had nothing to do with his patellas) and my regular vet who has seen him numerous times never mentioned it
