Another thing she did that I have never seen her do is digging. She tried to "dig" a hole in the floor, and then the couch. That real fast, frantic type digging. What is that all about?

Teddy does the digging thing ALL THE TIME !!! He's trying to "bury" his little bone treats, or sometimes a toy.
He also does the gagging thing sometimes too, the vet says he is fine, its just a "reverse sneeze" and he said its nothing to worry about (not that I'm saying thats definitely what's wrong with your puppy, but that has been my experience )
