at first your were referring to what bama said and then you said the rules also state and then you quoted the rules so therefore you werent saying what she could have meant you were adding on lol. im not fighting but just stating the OP didnt say she couldnt pay 500 she just said that she couldnt pay 700 and that she did believe she needed a rescue. So if anyone knew anything to let her know.
Deb i do know rules are the rules but this lady doesnt seem to be begging lol and if she was im sure admin would have closed this thread already. she simply said she was looking for a rescue. And if anyone had one to let her know and she would make a great owner. She didnt come on here begging from breeders lol. IM sorry but some stuff is just taken too seriously.
