I'm surprised people are having problems with dog.com. I've been ordering from them since the beginning of this year and have not had any problems with them, thankfully. The prices I see there are cheaper than what I see at the pet store. And also, I get free shipping on orders over $49. But for some reason, others see it at $59 to get free shipping. Clothing sizes are pretty accurate. There is also a 365 day return policy. So I have a few items I'm putting together that needs to be returned so that I can ship it all at once. From my personal experience, it's been pretty good to me. I even get a free hat or ball once in a while with my orders.
