I progressed from premium kibble, to homecooking, to raw - and I'm totally sold on the raw. I use Nature's Variety Raw Frozen medallions. My guys are doing incredible on it - better than on homecooking. Their poos are teensy, don't have any smell, and basically just turn to powder bc their bodies use almost all of the food in raw. You don't have to supplement like you do w/ homecooking, so it's very easy.

I guess you kind of have to decide what will work for you: a premium kibble, homecooking, or raw...and go from there.
