My daughter has a friend that has weird reactions to Ambian. She got scared the second time it happened and won't take it anymore. Anyway, the first time she took it, she went to bed, and everything seemed normal. But she woke up downstairs on the couch. No biggie, right? Wrong. Apparantly sometime between her bed and the couch she went to Walmart, did a ton of shopping, paid and fell asleep on the benches at the entrance. The employees woke her and put her in a cab to go home. The cabbie even brought her bags to her door. When they went to pick up her car they asked inside about it and the manager told her what had happened. He thought she was drunk. She had no memories of it at all.

The second time a similar thing happened, but she went to BestBuy and bought a laptop. The thought of driving like that and not remembering is so scary. You could end up anywhere.

When my daughter told me, I thought it sounded like a great excuse for shopping, but her friend was really upset about it and truley did not remember. She won't take it anymore.
