My friend has a knock-off of one in a different style, and it has the stamped leather "authentic" thing in the lining too. The big thing I think that is really telling is the stitching. On the real ones, there are never any ends of threads where the stitching ends, and the stitches are always very even. This one by the stitching looks to be real. Also, the zippers are brass YKK brand.
