Hello,
This is my first time on this forum but I was thirlled to see there was a yorkie forum. My dog Roxie had her second patella surgery done on her right knee today. She had her left knee done last year at this time. Her left knee healed beautifully and we were able to take the pin out and it doesn't even look like surgery was performed. I was just interested to see if anyone else has had this surgery performed. She is only 3 and her walking has never been quite right even since she was little. I could tell the past few weeks has been hard on her and I am just hoping this will really help her and she will be able to live the rest of her life painfree. Has anyone else had this surgery done and has it made a big difference??
