You would think Joey would have learned after being stepped on, the poor little guy. Unfortunately, he still has a REALLY bad habit of running after our feet and nipping at my pant legs / skirt as I walk. If I tell him NO he thinks its a game and barks louder at me. He seriously thinks I am playing with him! I have bitter apple, but it doesn't seem to bother him (I think he actually likes it!).

Any suggestions on how to get him to stop doing this???
