Default Protective

OK, it's not a testosterone thing. I was thinking that Abigail got snippy/grouchy with hubby and Mozart because they are guys; but yesterday, she showed severe (no biting) aggression toward my daughter's care giver/attendant, when she approached me to say she was leaving. I was napping, and "M" came to tell me it was time for her to go. Well.....you'd have thought she was going to murder me in my sleep! I've tried telling Abbie "NO". I've tried putting her completely down and ignoring her. Nothing works to appease her anxiety. Normally, she's the sweetest, can't-get/give-enough-lovey-kisses and wants to play with anyone that sits still long enough. But, if I'm sleeping, she like turns into the tazmanian devil! I honestly believe now, that this little girl actually senses I am vulnerable when sleeping, and it's all up to her to protect me! What an awful burden.
