I am wondering why you think they may have tied? Did you see them? If she isn't receptive to him, they most likely did not tie. I know how hard it is to keep them seperated AND DIAPERS AND BELLY BANDS won't keep them apart. They KNOW how to get around them when they want to and believe me, they WILL want to. Is it possible to crate one? If not, I would definitely keep them in seperate rooms with the doors closed. 1 1/2 weeks into her heat is "prime" time for her to allow him to tie with her.
