I also recommend a vet check. One time I went out of town and let a friend come check on my cats. He was not real familiar with cats. Anyway, I got home and one of my baby's looked like she had a cold (a Persian stuffed up ain't a pretty sight!) I took her to the vet and she had a raging infection, had to be on antibiotics. It all started with an occasional sneeze according to my friend.
