As I told MyFairLacy I would (see post #69 above), I contacted the hotel today to find out why the rooms were all booked for Sunday when he told me you guys would be able to get the discounted rate for 3 days before and after the meet, and he said they have a convention beginning on Monday, so a lot (or maybe even all) of the people for that are arriving on Sunday. I told him we needed rooms available to our people, and he said he would put rooms aside for us. He asked me how many, and I told him I thought 15 would be ok since I haven't heard of that many people staying late yet, and since most everyone is sharing a room at this point. I haven't received a response back from him since that last e-mail, so I'm assuming he was able to put the rooms back for us. Check again soon, although you may want to give it a day or so for the computer to update since I don't know if it's instantaneous or not. If I hear back from him that he was NOT able to put the rooms on hold for us, I'll let you know. Otherwise, there should be 15 rooms being held in our name for Sunday night.
