What I found out is that it's good to call them and speak in person because these dogs get socialized and better in time. Maybe when they got the dog she was bad with kids but after being socialized she could have improved. Just a thought. Also, they don't want to place a small Yorkie with people who have kids, so they will cross children out. That's why it's good to call and tell them about your nephew. She may be ok w/ kids but they may not want to let adopt her to a family who has actual little kids living at home because of her tiny size.
