You need time to think. I would try and speak to your BF he owes

I agree! Some people can be such cowards about these things. Tell that you-know-what the we are all mad at him too!
Anyway, I know there are financial institutions that offer no down payment mortgages. Do you r research and you should be able to find a new home you can afford.
