I am so sorry that this has happened to you. I am thinking that the place you have to move out of belongs to your ex? If not, then I would not be the one to leave! I would make him move out!
If it does belong to him and you must leave, I would find a roommate and rent a house. Meanwhile, maybe you could get some baby-sitting help? At least until finals are over...
