 Help!
I need to know how much aggression is "normal". I just got a Morkie (Fudge) to help keep our Teddy company when we are away. Ever since the first second he's been in our house though, all he does is growl at Teddy whenever he comes near. If Teddy gets too close, then Fudge will snap right in his face, and he's even bitten his ear so far.
We leave them together in the pen during the day, but sometimes when they are in the pen while we're home we'll hear a dogfight break out. Lots of snarling, barking, biting sounds, etc.
So is this normal to a degree right away? If not, that would really stink, because we got him largely to help keep Teddy company more than anything. Teddy is alone so much that we figured he needed somebody to be with since humans aren't around much. I appreciate any feedback here. |
