Something else that must be considered.....my contract states that if for some reason the pup can no longer be kept in the home I've chosen for it, the pup comes back to me.


The best thing to do is what Bama says....preplan prior to breeding, make sure that pups have homes prior to the breeding. It doesn't always guarantee that things won't fall through....but, having a waiting list gives you the ability for a back up plan.
