First, you are not alowed to advertise them for sale in the breedwer's section as someone mentioned. You can post them for sale in the forum for sale at ten weeks old. But, in the meantime, you can post pictures in the Nursery forum. Just not mentioneing they are for sale. Many, many puppies are sold straight out of the nursery. People will pm you if interested. About the deposit, as Fair Lacy said, she is not entitled to her deposit back unless YOU change your mind or something happens to the pup while it is your care. If you are going to be selling puppies, you really need a contract/purchase agreement that spells all these things out so you and the buyer are both on the same page. |
