WE NEED TO TALK !! I wondered what would happen if I had to live on an upstairs floor - are you having any luck ? Did you have to rig the balcony so they can't jump or get thru bars ? Do you have a wood balcony fence ?
I'm NOT looking forward to stepping out late at night with the girls to 'go' either - especially here in Houston - it's too scary - not to mention - what I wear to sleep in is NOT exactly what I can wear outside if you know what I mean
