Please don't be in a hurry to sell them. They are still young at 10 weeks and you have plenty of time to find them homes. Be sure to take your time and make sure they go to the best homes possible, even if that means waiting several more weeks and turning away people that are interested. Make up a detailed questionair and do a phone or in-person interview. Observe them with the puppies when they visit. It's so important to make sure they go to the right home so just be patient. This is true if it's in a contract, but, I'm not so sure if she doesn't have some sort of contract, if she can legally keep her money or not..Your best bet would be to call an attys. office and talk to a paralegal, she will let you know if you can keep the deposit or not
