So she called the day after she was supposed to come (I had to cancel going out of town to wait for her to come on saturday) Sunday she called and said she would be there monday. Never came. If she bails out am supposed to return the deposit? I now have to renew the ad in the paper and I have been stuck at home now for two days waiting for her to show up. I don't know what to do. Is there anyone else who has had this kind of experience? Thanks
If she has paid a deposit, she does NOT get her deposit back. The only reason she would get her deposit back is if YOU decided to cancel the sale or if the puppy became sick or died.

Please don't be in a hurry to sell them. They are still young at 10 weeks and you have plenty of time to find them homes. Be sure to take your time and make sure they go to the best homes possible, even if that means waiting several more weeks and turning away people that are interested. Make up a detailed questionair and do a phone or in-person interview. Observe them with the puppies when they visit. It's so important to make sure they go to the right home so just be patient. Maybe you can list them for sale here on YT.
