My furbaby, Cookie is 15 months old and she still peepees when she gets over-excited. It used to be when anyone came over to visit but now its only when my boyfriend, "her daddy" comes over. So now either I have something to wipe it up or I let her go outside to greet him. I have also been told they "grow out of it" but I am still waiting. We tried the "just ignore her" tactic but he just feels awful not paying attention to her when she's jumping all over his legs. I've also tried a stern "no peepee" but she just gets scared so I don't want her to associate a negative outcome when we have visitors so I've stopped scolding her and just clean up after her...LOL!
