Hehe, my solution would be to let her sleep in the same room with you. I could never have let Rika sleep by herself and if I tried to make her now, she'd die.
I'm just kidding, of course. Everyone has different rules for different houses. If I were you, I'd put piddle pads in front of the door so when she comes out and pees on the floor at least it's soaked up.
Oh, and another thing. Never, ever scold a dog for submissive peeing. (Not saying you are, just a heads up.) They don't know they're doing it and it'll only make them scared of you and make them pee more.
Most dogs will grow out of it, but there are some that don't. She's still young so give it time.
