We boarded Hailee when we cruised last June! I was a wreck! We boarded her with our vet and they weren't in crates but were in little "cubicles". Her coat was a mess when we got back, but she was fine, not traumatized at all. We were gone 10 days - great cruise - San Juan, St. Thomas and Grand Turk. It was so great! My husband is a cruise addict. I usually just want to stay with my dogs.
Don't worry too much and have a great time. Rosie will be very glad to see you when you return.
