[Wylie's Mom]

Hello,

This might be a bit explicit - so my apologies, if needed. Any breeders out there who are familiar with how a male yorkie's penis should appear?

Here is the back story: my Wylie is 1 year old, neutered (about 2 months ago) and hasn't shown much interest in "humping" anything since his neuter. Once in a while, perhaps, but not like before he was neutered. I should say here that, previous to last night, I'd only seen the "tip" of his package occasionally - like when bathing, or if he had been "lovin" his stuffed dog pre-neuter-phase. I just always assumed it was no bigger than the size of, say, the tip of my finger.

Anywho, last night he was really getting frisky with his stuffed-big-dog - I looked over at him and I see this "extra LEG" dangling down. I about died when I saw the size of this thing - I mean, seriously, it was almost as big as one of his legs!

IS THIS NORMAL? Since I am no dog-anatomy-expert, I really have no idea. But I, of course, started worrying that his privates were engorged/infected/hurting him/sore/swollen...or whatever????!!!! It just didn't appear normal bc I never would have guessed at the "size" - but perhaps this is normal size when the 'lil fella gets excited?

We did take stuffed-dog away to make sure everthing went back to normal...and it did...but I just want to make sure that nothing is wrong and that I should be taking him to the vet.

Who knew? Apparently, my tiny yorkie shoulda been a stud! LOL.
