Thanks for all the replys everyone. I've calmed down now and I've got ANGRY

at this place so I reported them to the local authority who will go inspect them. I can't understand how they can run a practice with standards like that, the grooming room should be easily accessed without crossing the entrance near the road with no gates in place like it is now. I mean how hard it is to close a gate??

Thanks for the tip on nail grooming, I'll try that next time I bath Emily. She is very nervous and tends to panic when she doesn't like something and bites before she thinks!LOL I hoped letting the groomer do her nails would be an easier option but no one will be taking any of my 3 babies from me ever again - period.

I groom myself and OK it doesn't look great but I remember why I started doing it now! I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this place to save any other dog owner the stress of finding their pet ending up lost of injured - it just doesn't bare thinking about.
