Have you tried a Citronella Bark Collar. I don't agree with using shock collars on these wee babies, but I use the Citronella Collar on Lilli at work when she gets overly demanding at me when we get ready to go to lunch and I'm not "attending" to her quickly enough to suit her. haha They are harmless and man oh man do they work!
