This is a very tough decision and I'm sure it will be very hard. You may have to re-train him. If I were you, I would keep him in his crate for 1 week straight, only let him out to go potty, when he comes back in, he gets a treat for his good potty behavior, you can play with him, but then he goes right back in his crate. This may seem mean, but it should work.

The thing with yorkies is some never get fully 100% potty trained, people jump into buying a yorkie cause they are so cute and now days they are so popular, but then they don't do any research, if they did, then they would know how hard yorkies can be to potty train.
