I'm sorry that you are having to deal with this
Is there any chance you could replace the carpet with tile so that you don't have to deal with the carpet issues? I know that cleaning up accidents is much easier on tile or hardwood than carpet. Of course then your little baby wouldn't have the soft carpet to crawl on.
