My chelsea just had a C section on the 26th One boy. I knew she only had 1 (xray) so I scheduled the C section. Her's went good So I am thankful for that. I prayed she wouldn't go into labor early and have to have an emergency C section because he got stuck you could see he was a big puppy on the x ray. He weighed 4.7/8 ounces and now weighs 7 oz. So my prayers were answered too.
I am so glad you posted. Good Information!
4.7 ounces would have been a god send ...Mercedes largest she free whelped was 5.9oz I didnt worry too much sizes were 4.4, 4.8, 5.2 and 5.9 without an issue...Mercedes is 5.8 normal weight blessing me with a very simple delievery...
