That is terrible that they let that happen, how did they let her get loose yet out of the building? I'm just happy that she's allright, your lucky that she stopped because you know that she was scared and sometimes they just run. Yea, I'm like you I don't take my boys to the groomers I do it, maybe not as well but a lot more safely! I do like that tip on cutting while they're in the tub, I'll have to try that next time...
