 house training
Hello, just looking for some advice/suggestions. My puppy is crated during the day and at night and never goes potty in his crate. When he's out of the crate he usually barks when he needs to pee so I take him out and he goes. My problems are that he usually never barks when he has to go number 2 so I just catch him going on the floor and he sometimes barks every five minutes to go pee. If I take him out every time he barks, he usually goes every time but it's just a little each time. When he goes outside I praise him and sometimes reward him with treats but he seems to be in a little bit of a standstill with getting better at the whole potty thing, especially the number 2. He's almost five months old now and we have been crating him for about 2 months. Any suggestions??? |
