My husband used it and it worked great for him...hasn't smoked since early June. I tried it, but it made me so sick in my stomach all the time. I went back to the patch and smoked my last smoke on August 30th. One of the side effects is nausea and it was really bad for me, but not my husband. Hope it works for you...not smoking is soooo worth it.
