I never saw Narnia as any thing religious either. I never saw any of the Harry Potter stories as a parody of anything political, although some did. But if it's based of of a set of books and the guy who wrote them openly admits it.....
I have no clue, this is the first I'm hearing of it. All I know of the story is what I've seen in previews for the movie, which I considered going to see. But if the underlying theme is for God to be killed so that everyone can live in Anarchy, I don't want to go see that!
