Well... I think Mr. Biggs had fleas, because he was biting his booty. So i gave him meds...then it scabbed a bit (brown flakes) now he tries to get at it because it's flaking. lol. If you see white flakes or if the hair in that area is dry, then it's probably just try skin. Either way you can give a bit of children's benedryl and that should calm the itching.
