I would be concerned about her not wanting to eat much at all one day. It does happen but hypoglycemia is a major concern. The nutrical is good if she isn't eating, but it doesn't solve much. Please consider feeding atleast 3x daily (or 4). Twice a day is not enough for puppies. You could also change her food because Science Diet is not a very good one (I know it's a shock to hear that). You could also go with some canned for now (or forever actually because it's better for them) because I"m sure she will eat that.
