that Sal breeder had her day in court. She has been charge with operating a illegal puppy farm and providing false information to the ACHC (American Canine Hybrid Club) to get her certificate. Also she was change with animal endangerment and animal cruelty. Since, the judge was uncertain about the health of the animals that she had adopt out this past year. Everyone is require to provide the court with a health certificate with in 10 days.
Sal appointment is tomorrow anyway. Her bond was set for $1000.00 and her sentencing will be in January. I am so glad that this is over and we can relax and enjoy our new family member.
