I've thought about it for my downstairs neighbors. I started getting nasty grams from management saying I wasn't cleaning up after my dogs. I was like BS. The downstairs folks let their dog out the back door and it poop up and down the backside of the fence. Reeks!! I turned them in. I was like nope not me, but thanks for playing......
