Not sure who, but I am sure a Yt member makes these and from the look of the pictures I was looking at, looks like she has nice closures on hers, I was thinking gee, this might be a good thing, for velcro can be walked out of if one of my dogs saw something,..but I just cannot remember who the seller was...but I am sure others will know...pooh's mum
