That's so cruel. My dtr's pittbull mix is a rescue that was thrown from a car at 6 mos. during a drug bust police chase. Pru has a bent tail and suffers with hip problems. Also occured in SC. I don't know what people are thinking by taking out their feelings on animals
. It's disgusting. The same should be done to them - an eye for an eye.
